A World Built on Simulation

In a world where everything is constructed through simulation—

On a dark, narrow street, the protagonist stumbles upon a strange vending machine.

Without much thought, he presses the cola button. Nothing happens.

But soon, the smallest change ripples outward—stretching from daily life to the oceans, until the entire Earth’s waters turn into cola.

At that moment, NASA detects a new threat: a massive asteroid made entirely of Mentos, racing toward Earth.

When the Mentos asteroid crashes into the oceans of cola, the planet erupts in catastrophic destruction.

Yet, the calamity that engulfed the world was nothing more than someone’s simulation,

just another fizz of carbonation.

And still, he says—

“If a world filled with cola is a happier one… then I will press the button again.”

Simulation #53 — terminated.

모든 것이 시뮬레이션으로 이루어지는 세상.

어두운 골목에서 뜬금없이 마주친 이상한 자판기.

주인공은 무심코 콜라 버튼을 누르지만, 아무 일도 일어나지 않는다.

하지만 곧, 작은 일상에서부터 시작된 변화는 바다와 지구 전체로 번져, 온 세상의 물이 콜라로 변해버리고

그 순간, NASA에 포착된 것은 지구로 다가오고 있는 멘토스로 이루어진 소행성.

멘토스 소행성이 콜라로 이루어진 바다에 떨어지며 지구는 폭발하는데..

온 세상을 덮친 재앙은 그저 단순히 누군가의 시뮬레이션,

누군가의 탄산일 뿐이었다.

그는 여전히 말한다.

“온 세상이 콜라가 된 세상이 더 행복하다면… 나는 다시 또 버튼을 누를 것이다.”
